Overview

Dropwise ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Dropwise mobile application.

Information We Collect

Data you provide: Dropwise stores the tracking entries you create (such as items tracked, quantities, timestamps, and any notes you add). This data is stored locally on your device and/or synced to your iCloud or Google account if you have enabled that feature.

Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g., which features are most popular). This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Crash reports: If the app crashes, anonymized diagnostic information may be sent to help us fix bugs. This does not include your personal tracking data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Dropwise app, diagnose technical issues, and understand general usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Your tracking data is stored on your device. If cloud sync is enabled, data is stored in your personal iCloud or Google Drive account — we do not have access to it. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data we do handle.

Third-Party Services

Dropwise may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution)
• Apple iCloud / Google Drive (optional sync, user-controlled)
• Crash reporting and analytics providers (anonymized data only)

Children's Privacy

Dropwise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your Rights

You can delete all your tracking data at any time from within the app. If you have questions about data we may hold, or wish to request deletion, contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
